Tasting Note

Bright red cherry and raspberry with plum and sweet spice, light earth and mineral lift. Lively acidity, supple ripe tannins, medium–full body and a clean, slightly savory finish.

Production Method

Estate-grown old-vine Pinot Noir; partial whole-cluster fermentation (often high %), fermented in oak tanks/vats and matured in French oak. Domaine certified organic (2021) and practices biodynamic principles.
