Tasting Note
Aromas of blackberry, blueberry preserves, blackcurrant and cocoa with smoked‑meat and garrigue notes. Velvety, ripe black/blue fruit, integrated spicy pepper and soft grainy tannins; long, savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast or grilled beef, lamb chops, venison, braised short ribs. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese char siu, hoisin duck, Sichuan pepper beef, lamb skewers.
Production Method
Cabernet from the Médoc and Rhône varieties vinified separately, blended in the Rhône; aged ~18–22 months in used French oak barrels and amphora; Rhône parcels farmed organically.

A joint project of Pierre Graffeuille (Leoville Las Cases/Château Montrose background) and Matthieu Dumarcher; launched 2015 as a limited‑production Rhône–Médoc blend.
