Tasting Note

Red cherry, cranberry and pomegranate with floral, earthy and sliced-mushroom notes. Medium-bodied, bright acidity, sleek/taut tannins and a juicy, savory finish with hints of dried meat.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, duck breast, mushroom risotto, beef bourguignon. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), miso-glazed salmon, teriyaki chicken.


Production Method

Traditional Burgundian vinification of Pinot Noir; hand-harvested, fermented with minimal intervention and matured in older oak barrels (low new oak).
