Tasting Note
Pear, confit citrus, toasted almonds, brioche and subtle honeyed spice; medium–full, satiny and concentrated with a gourmand finish.

Western: roast chicken, lobster, creamy mushroom risotto, soft cheeses (brie, camembert). Asian: miso-glazed cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty tuna/salmon), mild Thai coconut curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; native yeast fermentation in barrel; élevage 18–22 months in French oak with limited new oak (≤30%); bottled unfiltered.
