Tasting Note

Blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar, tobacco, graphite and licorice. Rounded entry with supple mid‑palate, grainy but integrated tannins and a savory, medium‑long finish.

Production Method

Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemmed fermentation in temperature‑controlled vats, malolactic conversion, aged 12–18 months in French oak (portion new), regular racking and egg‑white fining.
