Tasting Note

Deep black-fruit core with violet florals, cedar and sweet spice. Silky, structured tannins, medium-high acidity and a long, graphite-tinged finish.

Production Method

Parcel selection; gentle fermentations with 15–24 day macerations; aged ~18 months in oak (c.80% new barrels).
