Bright red berry and black cherry with clove, black pepper and subtle earth. Medium-full palate, ripe fruit, lively acidity and moderate tannins; lingering spiced finish (ageable through 2030+).

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; destemmed, cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermented in stainless/neutral oak, aged in 500L barrels with limited new oak.
