Tasting Note
Bright red and black cherry, raspberry, and bramble with violet florals, forest floor and discreet spice; mineral undertow and medium-grippy tannins, fresh acidity and a lingering, savory finish.

Production Method
100% destemmed Pinot Noir, fermented in small vats with gentle extraction; matured ~12–15 months in 228L French oak barrels (limited new oak); malolactic fermentation completed.
