Tasting Note
Elegant red with ripe red/cherry and raspberry fruit, rose petal and light spice, silky texture, fine tannins and mineral undertow; medium-long finish.

Production Method
Sustainable viticulture (lutte raisonnée); stainless-steel fermentation, extended maceration and 10–14 months élevage in oak barrels (c.15% new).
