Tasting Note
Elegant red with ripe red/cherry and raspberry fruit, rose petal and light spice, silky texture, fine tannins and mineral undertow; medium-long finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, duck breast, mushroom risotto, beef bourguignon, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed fish, soy-mushroom stir-fry, pork belly with hoisin.

Production Method
Sustainable viticulture (lutte raisonnée); stainless-steel fermentation, extended maceration and 10–14 months élevage in oak barrels (c.15% new).
