Tasting Note

Ripe Morey red/black cherry, blackberry and violet with subtle earth and baking spice. Refined, supple texture, well-integrated tannins and a mineral-tinged, persistent finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; cool pre-fermentation maceration, variable destemming and wild-yeast fermentation in stainless/concrete; aged 12–18 months in French oak (village-level ≈50% new); lightly filtered.
