Tasting Note

Bright citrus and green apple with white‑flower and acacia notes, melted butter, almond and saline minerality. Medium‑full, creamy palate with lively acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Hand‑harvested Chardonnay; spontaneous fermentation; aged ~16 months on fine lees in large oak fûts (low new wood); light filtration before bottling.
