Tasting Note

Fresh red cherry and raspberry, sous-bois and light mushroom notes, white pepper spice; medium-bodied, lively acidity and polished, gentle tannins with a lingering red-fruit finish.

Hand-harvested, destemmed, spontaneous/indigenous-yeast fermentation in small vats with gentle pump-overs; aged 12–18 months in mainly neutral/seasoned French oak with low new-oak percentage.
