Tasting Note

Concentrated Puligny 1er Cru: citrus peel, pear, white flowers, toasted hazelnut and flinty minerality. Creamy mid-palate, bright acidity and a long saline, mineral finish.


Food Pairing

Western: lobster, scallops, roasted chicken, creamy pasta, soft cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty fish), Thai coconut fish curry.


Production Method

Hand-harvested, pneumatic pressing, fermentation (often indigenous yeasts) with regular bâtonnage; élevage in French oak (c.12–18 months) with ~20–30% new oak, finished in tank before bottling.
