Tasting Note
Ripe orchard fruit (apricot, mirabelle), acacia blossom, toasted almond and hazelnut, crème brûlée richness, bright citrus zest and vivid minerality; supple, precise and medium‑full with a clean, mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, pneumatic pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels; aged ~12 months in 228L barrels (≈20% new oak); minimal intervention, no bâtonnage.
