Perfumed dark cherry and blackberry, violet and dried herb aromatics, spice and subtle oak; fine-grained firm tannins, mineral undertow, long concentrated finish.

Hand-harvested, organic viticulture; cool whole-cluster maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation, malolactic conversion; aged ~18 months in French oak (c.30% new).

Domaine Philippe Bouzereau: ninth-generation Meursault growers (≈18 ha), Philippe took over in 2006; converted to organic farming from 2015; owns a small Corton-Bressandes parcel (~0.14 ha).
