Tasting Note

Clear ruby; aromas of red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, violet and subtle spice. Fresh, juicy palate with fine tannins, mineral lift and balanced acidity; clean, persistent finish.

Production Method

Hand‑harvested Pinot Noir; destemmed and gently crushed, spontaneous (indigenous) fermentation in open vats, malolactic finished, aged ~10–18 months in French oak with modest new oak, light clarification before bottling.
