Tasting Note
Pale gold; aromas of white peach, lemon zest, acacia and subtle anise. Mouth-filling with mineral drive and a saline, persistent finish.

Production Method
100% Chardonnay; gentle pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation, aged ~12 months in 228L barrels (≈20% new oak). Minimal intervention; no bâtonnage; matured on fine lees.
