Tasting Note

Pale gold; aromas of white peach, lemon zest, acacia and subtle anise. Mouth-filling with mineral drive and a saline, persistent finish.


Food Pairing

Western: lobster with beurre blanc, scallops, roast chicken, creamy cheeses (Brie/Camembert). Asian: sushi/sashimi, miso-glazed black cod, tempura, steamed white fish with ginger & scallions, mild Thai coconut curry.


Production Method

100% Chardonnay; gentle pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation, aged ~12 months in 228L barrels (≈20% new oak). Minimal intervention; no bâtonnage; matured on fine lees.


Vineyard Info

Family domaine based in Meursault (9th generation, ~18 ha). Grapes sourced from Côte de Beaune parcels; estate certified organic in 2022 and trialling biodynamics.
