Tasting Note
Pale straw. Aromas of apple, pear, citrus and white flowers with subtle mineral and buttery notes. Clean, silky palate with stone-fruit, saline minerality and a bright, citric finish.

Production Method
Chardonnay fermented with natural yeasts; matured ~12 months in 228L oak (modest new oak ~20%), lees contact with minimal intervention and limited bâtonnage.
