Tasting Note

Pale gold with aromas of green apple, white flowers and toasted almond. Medium-plus palate shows pear, citrus zest, wet‑stone minerality and a saline, lingering finish.

Hand‑harvested Chardonnay; pneumatic pressing, native‑yeast barrel fermentation and 12 months in 228L French oak (≈20% new); minimal intervention and ageing on fine lees.
