Bright red cherry and wild strawberry with violet and forest-floor complexity, savoury earthy spice and polished, supple tannins; light–medium bodied and perfumed with a fresh, lingering finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; whole-berry fermentation in open vats with gentle cap management; wild yeast fermentation, natural malolactic in spring; pressed to older French oak and matured on fine lees.
