Bright cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry with forest-floor, violet and savory herb accents; soft plum and charry oak, medium body, fresh acidity, refined tannins and a lingering savory finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; open-vat fermentation with indigenous/wild yeast; 25–40% whole-bunch; wild malolactic fermentation; 10–12 months maturation on fine lees in French barriques (20–30% new).
