Tasting Note
Dark blackcurrant and plum with rose petal, tobacco, sweet spice and loamy mineral notes. Medium–full body, firm ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long saline finish.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification (hand-harvested, stainless/concrete vats), aged ~18 months in French oak (≈55% new).
