Tasting Note
Fresh, expressive nose of blackcurrant, blackberry, violet and crushed stone; medium–full body with silky yet firm tannins, cedar and graphite notes, precise acidity and a long, saline finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef ribeye, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean barbecue (bulgogi), black bean beef, grilled lamb skewers.

Production Method
Parcel vinification with traditional fermentation and malolactic; aged 18 months in French oak (approx. 55% new).
