Tasting Note
Medium-deep ruby with aromas of cassis, blackberry, violet, cedar and cigar box. Medium-to-full body, fine-grained ripe tannins, vivid acidity, concentrated black fruit mid-palate and a long, perfumed finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats; matured ~16–18 months in French oak (≈50–55% new).
