Tasting Note
Blackberry and blackcurrant with red cherry, cedar and gentle spice. Medium-bodied, fine silky tannins, fresh acidity and a bright, elegant finish—approachable young yet with short-term aging potential.
Food Pairing
Roast beef, lamb, grilled ribeye, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), beef bulgogi, grilled lamb skewers, mushroom stir-fries.
Production Method
Blended from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc; fermented in tanks with gentle extraction and aged roughly 10–12 months in oak (around 25–30% new) or large foudre depending on cuvée.
