Ripe blackcurrant and blackberry with crushed violet, mocha and tobacco; plush, velvety texture, juicy core, vibrant acidity and a savory, lingering finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, matured ~12 months in French oak (30% new) with regular rackings. Bottled under natural cork.
