Tasting Note
Salmon-pink rosé with ripe strawberry, raspberry and cherry, hints of pomegranate, citrus and brioche; lush, lively and medium–full-bodied with a long, generous finish.

Food Pairing
Seared or bluefin tuna, smoked salmon, shellfish, roasted pheasant, duck with berry sauce, rib-eye or Korean BBQ, sushi and sashimi, heirloom tomatoes with burrata.

Production Method
Traditional Méthode Champenoise; blend includes c.15% still red wine for colour; aged on lees (min ~3 years) before release.
