Tasting Note
Bright pale gold with green reflections. Aromas of acacia, elderflower, white orchard fruit and citrus; palate shows green apple, lemon zest, brioche and chalky minerality, fine mousse, vibrant acidity and an elegant, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, scallops, ceviche, seared scallops, smoked salmon, carpaccio of seabass, light poultry, soft cheeses. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, steamed fish with ginger & scallions, dim sum, shellfish hot pot.

Production Method
100% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs; traditional méthode champenoise, aged on lees ~3+ years with reserve wines blended; light dosage (~8 g/L) and disgorged prior to release.

Maison Perrier-Jouët, founded 1811 in Épernay, is known for floral, elegant Champagnes and its Belle Époque bottle art. Blanc de Blancs draws from Grand Cru villages (Avize, Cramant) in the Côte des Blancs.
