Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with dark chocolate, violet, graphite and baking-spice notes; fine-grained tannins, cedar and cocoa from French oak, finishing very long, savory and slightly tobacco-tinged.

Production Method
Components were married immediately post-vintage and matured 19 months as a blended wine in French oak hogsheads (54% new, 46% one-year-old).
