Tasting Note
Concentrated black and blue fruit (fig, plum), savory black-olive/tapenade, espresso and liquorice, with racy acidity, finely etched tannins and a long, mouth-watering, savoury finish.

Production Method
Multi-regional Shiraz blend, fermented with gentle extraction and matured ~12 months in 50+ year-old large seasoned wooden vats (no new oak) to preserve fruit purity.

Penfolds, an iconic Australian house (founded mid-19th century), revived the St Henri label commercially in 1957; fruit sourced from several South Australian regions for a classic St Henri style.
