Opulent Barossa Shiraz with blackberry, black plum and dark cherry, layered with baking spice, mocha and vanilla; savory/olive notes, fine chalky tannins and a long cocoa-tinged finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu pork, Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef skewers, rich Japanese miso dishes.


Production Method

100% Barossa Shiraz; fermented in stainless/seasoned oak, matured 12–18 months in French oak barriques/hogsheads (significant new oak).
