Tasting Note
Dense black- and blue-fruit core (blackberry, blueberry), graphite and dark chocolate, hazelnut/oak spice, plush, chewy tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Fermented and matured 16 months in new oak (Penfolds lists 80% new French oak barriques, 20% new American hogsheads); finished in bottle after oak integration.
