Tasting Note
Very pale, bright green hues. Aromas of jasmine, apple blossom, nashi pear and kaffir lime. Palate of lime juice, lemon zest, Thai basil, lemongrass and ginger with a hint of palm sugar; mouth-watering, crisp acidity and a long, clean finish.

Food Pairing
Fresh oysters, grilled prawns, lemon-dressed fish, fish & chips, goat cheese; Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai green curry, pad Thai, Vietnamese spring rolls, steamed ginger-scallion fish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Riesling with a small Traminer component; stainless-steel fermentation and maturation to preserve freshness; bottled under screwcap.
