Tasting Note
Perfumed lime, lemon zest and white florals with kaffir-lime and subtle spice; bright talc-like acidity, juicy citrus core and a crisp, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, grilled prawns, ceviche, fish and chips, goat cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai green curry (milder), Vietnamese spring rolls, lemongrass fish, spicy Sichuan (with residual sweetness).

Production Method
Hand-harvested Riesling parcels fermented and matured in stainless steel (approx. 3 months); bottled under screwcap to preserve freshness.
