Tasting Note
Opaque black‑purple. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, dark chocolate, anise and baking spice. Dense, layered palate of black fruit, licorice, mocha and savory umami; powerful ripe tannins and an extremely long, persistent finish.

Production Method
Multi‑vineyard, multi‑district Shiraz blend with a small Cabernet component; fermented in small lots and matured ~18 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads before blending and bottling.
