Tasting Note

Opulent, concentrated Shiraz: black plum, blackberry, preserved fig, dark chocolate, licorice, toasted coconut/vanilla from American oak, savory soy/anchovy and earthy spice. Dense, velvety tannins with bright acidity and an extraordinarily long, layered finish. Age-worthy and intensely flavored.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, venison, aged cheddar or hard washed-rind cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), beef rendang, spicy Szechuan beef.


Production Method

Multi-vineyard blend fermented with extended maceration; matured ~18 months in 100% new American American oak hogsheads; blended and bottle-aged prior to release.
