Tasting Note

Opaque purple; intense blackberries, black plum, sarsaparilla, licorice, espresso and truffle notes. Firm, grainy tannins with layered baking-spice and vanillin; long, savory finish.

Production Method

Fermented and macerated traditionally, then matured c.17 months in 100% new oak hogsheads; multi‑regional blending from Penfolds vineyards and grower partners.
