Tasting Note

Inky, concentrated blackberry, black cherry and plum with espresso, dark chocolate, licorice and vanilla; meaty/barrel-ferment spice, firm chewy tannins and a long cocoa-tinged finish.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Cantonese char siu, Malaysian beef rendang, Sichuan-style braised beef.


Production Method

Multi-vineyard blending; fermented with some barrel influence and matured ~18 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads.
