Tasting Note
Opaque purple; intense blackberry, Satsuma plum, dark chocolate, licorice, smoked meat and Asian spice. Seamless, concentrated, satin texture with slatey tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Multi‑vineyard blending of Shiraz and small Cabernet; fermented in small batches and matured ~16 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads before bottling and further cellar ageing.
