Concentrated black fruit—blackberry, plum and blueberry—layered with mocha, sweet soy, anise and graphite; powerful, structured tannins and a long, spicy, chocolate-tinged finish.

Multi-district blending, traditional fermentation and selection; matured ~15 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads.
