Tasting Note
Inky, concentrated blackberries, black plum and creme de cassis with dark chocolate, espresso, smoked meat, licorice and sweet vanilla oak; immensely dense, ripe and layered with powerful but fine-grained tannins and an extremely long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Multi-district Shiraz/Cabernet blend; fermented with extended maceration and matured ~18 months in new American oak (predominantly American), bottled with minimal filtration.
