Tasting Note
Deep tawny colour. Intense raisins, fruitcake, toffee, roasted walnut, liquorice, orange peel and vanilla; luscious, nutty and slightly dry with long oxidative finish.

Production Method
Varietal batches aged ~14 years in seasoned oak, then blended into a six-stage Grandfather Solera for a minimum average age of 20 years; fortified to ~20% ABV and matured oxidatively in cellar.
