Tasting Note
Lustrous ruby. Fragrant red liquorice, star anise, blackberry and mulberry. Velvet-like palate with honey-roasted beetroot, glazed carrots, bright cherry and cranberry, exotic thyme and African spice; pithy tannins and subtle oak.

Roast lamb, grilled pork, BBQ ribs, charcuterie, aged cheddar; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, spicy Sichuan dishes, yakitori.

Production Method
