Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with cedar, espresso, vanilla and graphite; powerful, dense structure with firm, polished tannins and a very long finish.

Production Method
Fermented as Cabernet Sauvignon from multiple SA regions; completed fermentation in small oak and matured ~18 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads, then blended and bottled.
