Tasting Note

Deep blackcurrant, cassis and mulberry with espresso, dark chocolate, cedar and a hint of mint. Powerful, concentrated palate with firm, ripe tannins and a long, savory finish.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon; barrel-fermented and matured ~16 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads; multi-vineyard sourcing and blended prior to bottling.
