Tasting Note
Dense blackcurrant and blackberry core with dark chocolate, mocha, cedar and liquorice notes. Powerful, layered palate with ripe cassis, spice and savory earth; firm ripe tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Production Method
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from multiple South Australian vineyards; fermented to completion and matured ~16 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads; blended and bottle-aged for release.
