Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry with savory bay, sage and black liquorice notes. Fine-grained, sinewy tannins, integrated French oak and a long, savory finish with dark chocolate and spice nuances.

Production Method
Napa-grown Cabernet fermented in stainless and oak, matured 16 months in French oak barriques (48% new) for texture and structure.
