Tasting Note
Glossy dark red; rich blackcurrant, blackberry and stewed plum with dark chocolate, mocha, liquorice and cedar. Bright acidity, polished cocoa-like tannins and long, savory finish (black cherry, spice, graphite).

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar, dark chocolate. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan-style beef, lamb satay.

Production Method
Multi-regional components fermented separately; matured ~12 months in American oak hogsheads (≈36% new); some components aged in barrels previously used for Grange.
