Tasting Note
Dark blackberry, blackcurrant and stewed plum with liquorice, dark chocolate, mocha, cedar and spice. Fresh, succulent acidity, polished tannins and impressive length; concentrated ‘Baby Grange’ character.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef stew, aged cheddar. Asian: char siu pork, Korean BBQ (galbi), beef rendang, Sichuan pepper beef, miso-glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Fermented from separate varieties and regions, blended (53/47) then matured 12 months in American oak hogsheads (25% new) before bottling.
