Dense blackberry and plum with mocha, dark chocolate and espresso; savoury umami (char siu, cured meats), baking spices and graphite-like tannins. Juicy acidity and a long, saline-mineral finish.

100% Shiraz from multiple South Australian regions; fermented and matured 12 months in American oak hogsheads (7% new). Bottled under screw cap.
